This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms and conditions related to refunds and cancellations for our training programs and services. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the following terms:
- Training Program Fees
(a) All fees for our training programs and services are clearly stated at the time of enrollment or purchase.
(b) Payment for the training program is required in full prior to the start date unless otherwise stated in writing by Experia Learn Pvt. Ltd.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
(a) Refunds: We offer refunds based on the following conditions:
(i) Cancellation by Experia Learn Pvt. Ltd: In the event that we cancel a training program or service, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
(ii) Participant Cancellation: – If you cancel your enrollment in a training program at least 30 days before the start date, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid. If you cancel your enrollment within 20 days of the start date or fail to attend the training program without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
(b) Cancellation Procedure: To request a cancellation and refund, you must notify us in writing or by contacting our customer support team. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
3. Substitutions and Transfers
(a) Participant Substitutions: If you are unable to attend a training program, you may request a substitute participant to take your place. The request for substitution must be made in writing or by contacting our customer support team at least 30 days before the start date.
(b) Transfers: In some cases, we may allow transfers to another training program or session. The availability of transfers and any associated fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Experia Learn Pvt. Ltd. Transfers must be requested in writing or by contacting our customer support team.
4. Modifications and Cancellations by Experia Learn Pvt. Ltd.
(a) Experia Learn Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a training program or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or force majeure events.
(b) In the event of modification or cancellation by Experia Learn Pvt. Ltd, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible, and we will provide options for rescheduling, transfer, or a full refund of any fees paid.
(5) Intellectual Property and Course Materials
(a) All training materials, including but not limited to course content, documentation, presentations, and videos, are the intellectual property of Experia Learn Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright laws.
(b) Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of our training materials is strictly prohibited.
(c) Any payment made towards the download of eBooks from the website “experialearn.com” are non-refundable.
6 . Limitation of Liability
(a) Experia Learn Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our training programs or services.
(b) Our liability for any claim related to our training programs or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific training program.
